The place
A telehealth platform in Pakistan. [TBD] One line on who relies on it and at what scale.
What I did
I ran the whole Azure infrastructure: production, the development environments and the pipelines between them. I also wrote the infrastructure documentation and the security audit package, including the WAF rules for a multi-tenant setup.
What changed
Monthly cloud spend fell 45%, from proper scaling and removing resources nobody was using, while production stayed up under high traffic. [TBD] baseline and period.

What I did
I worked across client projects, from startups to large companies, building systems that were cheap to run, highly available and secure. I guided the organisation through ISO 27001 and GDPR. [TBD] confirm: CI/CD and AI tooling for about 30 developers (LiteLLM gateway, shared MCP servers).
